HP Smart Tank 7602 Setup

To Setup HP Smart Tank 7602 with android phone, so you can use hp smart app from Playstore. To get the printer connected to our network.

  1. Start up hp smart.
  2. Add our first printer.
  3. Set up a new printer. we’ll connect via wi-fi (you can also choose Ethernet Cable).
  4. Get the printer ready to connect over wi-fi. Click Continue.
  5. It will found our printer ID and Select that
  6. Fill out the key in the password for technology tips 5 gigahertz network.
  7. Once the password is key in, let’s continue.
  8. There is notification “Tap the checkmark on your printer display”.
  9. So let’s tap on the checkmark on the printer.
  10. The printer is now connected to wi-fi.
  11. If you take a look at the itch lighting. previously it was glowing purple.
  12. Now it is solid blue because it has connected to the network. Click Continue.
  13. On the printer control panel, it is saying that the hp print hits.
  14. New and original hp print hits installed (dismiss the message by pressing ok).
  15. Back to the hp smart app.
  16. You will see connected printing services messages.
  17. Click accept all.
  18. You will need to select your country or region.
  19. You can select it as USA for example. Click continue.
  20. So, we have already filled the in tanks and ours is a flip-cap bottle. Let’s continue.
  21. Swipe to the left and Continue.
  22. Step to the left again and Continue.
  23. So we have not done this step which is the alignment page that required
  24. So let’s continue to print the alignment page.
  25. The alignment page is printed.
  26. So we need to scan the alignment page.
  27. Let’s open the scanner lead and place the alignment page on the flatbed scanner to scan.
  28. So let’s open the scan lead.
  29. Place the alignment page face down and align it to the top left hand corner.
  30. Then close the scanner leads.
  31. On the control panel itself, tap on scan.
  32. The alignment is complete.
  33. On the hp smart app, let’s continue.
  34. So this is a choice point for printer updates.
  35. You can select auto update or notify.
  36. You’ll select notify.
  37. Then apply.
  38. The setup is complete and you can print immediately.
